3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your ocmy8 account. You agree to notify ocmy8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your account security.
3.2 Account Sharing. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not permit any third party to access or use your account, including family members. ocmy8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.3 Accuracy of Activity. You accept full responsibility for all wagers, transactions, and account activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except where ocmy8's own negligence is directly responsible for the breach.
4.1 Accepted Methods. ocmy8 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Supported payment methods are subject to change. The Platform will display current available methods at the time of each transaction.
4.2 Deposits. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method on your account. ocmy8 targets same-day processing for verified accounts for standard withdrawal amounts. Larger withdrawals or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification. ocmy8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.
4.5 Refused Transactions. ocmy8 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to prohibited activity, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
5.1 General. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. ocmy8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any promotion already validly claimed and in progress.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before participating.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed at the point of wagering. ocmy8 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or human error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, ocmy8 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return stakes to Members' accounts. ocmy8 will not be liable for paying out winnings generated as a result of a system error.
6.4 Sportsbook. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body of that sport. ocmy8 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or delay settlement where the integrity of an event is under investigation.

Upon closure for breach, ocmy8 may withhold any funds associated with the prohibited activity pending investigation. Funds not associated with any breach will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the ordinary course.
ocmy8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their account and will be displayed on the Platform prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ocmy8 operates, as determined by its international gaming authority licence.
